tympanoplasty
Opération chirurgicale consistant à reconstruire la caisse du tympan en intervenant sur le système tympano-ossiculaire.
Si l’intervention n’intéresse que la membrane du tympan ou la chaîne ossiculaire, elle est appelée myringoplastie ou ossiculoplastie. Plusieurs classifications ont été proposées pour identifier le type de reconstruction.
