Association d'opacités cornéennes cristallines, de pigments rétiniens, d'une myopathie oculopharyngée et d'une néphropathie hypertensive.
Un seul cas a été décrit, avec cristaux intracornéens et pigmentation rétinienne en motte, nystagmus ; faiblesse et atrophie musculaire de la main et oropharyngée avec protéinurie et hypertension. La myopathie a été confirmée par l'examen histologique. Il s’agit d’une affection à hérédité indéterminée (Gendiag 5272).
