Anneau blanc rétrocornéen parallèle au limbe plus ou moins complet qui correspond à un épaississement de la ligne de Schwalbe.
Lorsqu'un glaucome avéré accompagne cette anomalie, le syndrome d'Axenfeld est réalisé.
