PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The Library of the National Academy of Medicine, located on the 1st floor of the main building, rue Bonaparte, is in charge of all documentation of the Academy.
The Library Funds, in both erudition and patrimonial fields, printed material and manuscripts, reflect interests and activities of the Institution.
Placed under the supervision of the perpetual Secretary, the Library depends on the Ministry of National Education

Conditions of access: Access to the main Chamber is reserved for the members of the Academy. However, visitors can attend public meetings from the balconies.
Public users of the Library's public reading rooms are admitted upon presentation of a justificatory document for research work and an identification card. For students (Master level) a letter of introduction from their Director of research is required.
Time of opening and closure of the Library :
For regular and corresponding members of the Academy : Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
For authorized external researchers: Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.. Closed on Tuesday.
